Prenatal, Postpartum Fitness Specialist, Studio Owner<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Lucy is a motivational lifestyle coach who has been helping people achieve optimal health and wellness for more than a decade. She holds certifications in indoor cycling, group fitness, personal training, Pilates, and yoga, and has completed extensive continuing education with a specialized focus on prenatal, postpartum, and women’s health.

Lucy specializes in evidence-informed fitness for every stage of womanhood, supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. Her expertise includes exercise programming for those experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, including urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, as well as creating safe, supportive workouts for individuals navigating high-risk pregnancies and complex medical conditions such as preeclampsia, placenta previa, preterm labour, severe lumbopelvic pain, multiple pregnancies, and pregnancy loss. She is passionate about helping women remain active safely while adapting movement to meet their changing bodies and health needs.

Lucy is the Owner of Hustle and Spin Society Indoor Cycling Studios in Vancouver, Canada, where she serves as both a leader and coach. She also leads the Mega Mama program at Lagree West and works one-on-one as a personal trainer, helping women build strength and confidence throughout pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond.

A passion for supporting women through every stage of motherhood and midlife has always been at the heart of Lucy’s work. This passion led her to develop The LU Method\u00ae, her trademarked holistic approach to fitness during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and lifelong wellness. The LU Method emphasizes strength, function, confidence, and sustainable movement while respecting the unique physical and emotional experiences that women encounter throughout their lives.

Outside of work, Lucy has been married to her husband\u2014the father of their two daughters\u2014for more than 20 years.
